The Hong Kong Cultural Centre, another odd-shaped building at the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui, is a multipurpose performance facility for mainly stage performances. With it's unique U-shaped exterior design, it is the perfect background for photographers when they capture the image of the Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower.

Since it is directly opposite to 1881 Heritage, young couples who have their wedding photos taken at the former Marine Police Headquarters would also seek their photo opportunities at the Hong Kong Culture Centre.
The interior design of the building is definitely functional. There is a Concert Hall with the largest pipe organ in Asia; and an adjustable acoustic canopy system to cater for Orchestras. There is a Studio Theater and a Grand Theater to cater for theaters, musicals, operas, Cantonese-operas and ballet.
