Most flower beds at Kowloon Park are in open areas. These flowers are usually exposed to sun and rain. Kowloon park is not too far from the Victoria Harbour (i.e. the coast). In the morning, Kowloon Park is a popular place for retired elderly. Groups and groups of elderly would gather and practice Tai-Chi. The Kowloon park is also a popular place for joggers and swimmers, especially for those who live or work in nearby districts such as Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan. It is really quite relaxing to contact with rows and rows of flowers while workout.
