Artificial Moon at K11

Season's Greetings! It's Christmas! Hong Kong Travel Blog SimpleDreamer.com has brought you snapshots of Christmas in this shopping paradise since 2010. We are certainly going to continue this tradition this Christmas. Enjoy Christmas in Hong Kong 2015!

Artificial glowing moon at K11

K11 shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui has always positioned itself as a shopping complex that supports local and international artist. This Christmas, they bought a giant moon made of light bulbs to its atrium.

Created by Wang Yuyang in 2007, the 3.5 meter tall artificial moon lights up for the first 5 minutes in every half hour. Once the moon is ON, K11 turns from a shopping complex into a glowing planet. Perhaps there are many things to see this Christmas, but one can only feel the power of light at K11!

Event: Artificial Moon
